We only process the best food from our own farm for our cider brewery.

This includes our fruit trees, our ox farm and our pig, red deer and fish farm.

Since 2013 we have been producing excellent spirits from local fruit varieties such as apples, pears and plums.

group tour

By appointment we offer for smaller groups of 10 – 20 people a schnapps tasting with distillery tour for a contribution towards expenses of € 20,00 per person.

Also popular: Bradlessen in our cider tavern followed by a tour of the distillery.

Farm butcher shop

We produce various delicacies in our in-house butcher’s shop, which are also processed in the kitchen of our cider maker.

The meat comes from their own farm.
